  • Are you a personal trainer or a coach?
    I am a combination of both. I am an experienced personal trainer who provides customized face-to-face coaching sessions. My training incorporates physical exercise, nutrition guidance, habit tracking, and meditation practices for a holistic approach to health and wellness.
  • Can you help me lose or gain weight?
    Absolutely. What’s more is I will give you the tools and knowledge to feel confident to be able to manage your own weight in the future.
  • Can I pay just to have access to come and use the personal training studio on my own?
    No. The studio is a private face to face coaching premises and pre-booking is required.
  • Are you a mental health therapist?
    I am not a therapist per say but do hold a L2 Award in Mental Health Awareness. I am an experienced personal trainer who provides customized face-to-face coaching sessions. My training incorporates physical exercise, nutrition guidance, habit tracking, and meditation practices for a holistic approach to health and wellness. As someone who struggles with a generalised anxiety disorder and has experienced the depths of depression on a number of occasions, I recognise first-hand the amazing benefits living a healthier lifestyle can have on your mental health.
  • What equipment do you have in your studio?
    There is a range of equipment including: Squat rack 20kg and 15kg Olympic bars Weight plates of 125kg in total Dumbbells up to 30kg’s Weight cables Kettlebells Battle Ropes Exercise Bike Boxercise - Boxing gloves & pads Resistance bands Exercise Balls Garden area
  • Will it just be me in the studio during sessions?
    YES. Your face-to-face sessions will be just you and your personal coach, me.
  • Which package would you recommend?
    This really depends on your level of experience, time available to dedicate during the week, any goals you have and of course your finances. Get in touch and we can have a more in-depth discussion based on your needs.
  • Do I need training experience?
    No. The beauty of face-to-face coaching is that I can take you through the basics there and then. It’s never too late to invest in your health!
  • Will you provide me with a plan outside of our sessions?
    ABSOLUTELY. We will take an overall look at your fitness plan to incorporate home or gym workouts for you to complete on your own via our personalised training app.
  • Will you provide me with a meal plan?
    No. As a qualified L3 Personal Trainer it is not within my scope to provide you with specific meal plans. I will however provide you with nutritional guidance, working together to make positive changes to your relationship with food. I will help you learn about the basics of nutrition, helping you reach your desired goals of losing, gaining or maintaining weight, or just providing you with the knowledge and practical steps of how to live a more healthy and balanced life with food.
  • What will my first training sessions include?
    Our first session will be an Introduction Talk & Movement Assessment. It will be up to 75 minutes and will include: An introduction to meditation Discussion on your motivations and “WHY” for training Discussion of your training plan Nutrition basics and overview of intuitive eating An introduction to mindset and mental wellness Importance of habits and daily rituals Tracking progress and defining success Movement Assessment
  • Is there parking at the studio?
    Yes. We have a private parking space right outside our studio doors.
