Face to Face Coaching

We have our very own private personal training studio in the heart of Winchmore Hill, North London, helping to put the MIND back into the forefront of training.

Whether you exercise every day, or you’ve never stepped into a gym before, I’m here to help shape the new you, both physically and mentally. Helping you create new lifestyle habits for long term, sustainable change.

The studio is a safe space where people can share their thoughts and anxieties without fear of being judged. This is achieved through both the power of physical activity and the simple art of talking openly.

Exercise in many ways, can be seen as a form of meditation. An activity which inherently leaves you in a state of mindfulness; helping you let go of the stresses of the outside world, and forcing you to take some time out for yourself. 

Single Session - £50 (1 hour)

Each Face to Face Coaching Package includes the following:


  • Personal training

  • Introduction Talk & Movement Assessment

  • Tailored fitness/training plan

  • Nutritional Guidance according to client needs

  • Daily habit tracking/guidance

  • Introduction to meditation

  • Access to Mindfull Coach app to track all the above

  • 24/7 support outside of sessions via app

Sessions purchased in a package must be used within 4 weeks.
